Architecture design

We act with specific means through a thorough process that involves understanding, listening, studying and analyzing, due to the diverse scenarios encountered. We prepare architectural solutions by coordinating the specialties involved in order to obtain complete documentation for the creation, authorization, technical detailing and execution of a project.

Professional training

We provide training courses to teams deployed on site (sau training/improvement) professional in order to increase the level of competences so that architectural works are executed correctly. There is a need in the market for a form of continuous, non-formal education that would complement the formal education system and part of our duty is to pass on some of the knowledge gained.

Specialized consultancy

The consultancy provided by the architect must begin from the moment the client intends to purchase a plot of land, a building or to make a real estate investment. The feasibility study of the project, viewed as a whole, is a key element of the client's business. It provides precise directions that must be followed in the design and operation of the investment.

Within the same mission, the architect evaluates and informs the client about the elements related to the urban context, the technical possibilities of the interior space, constructive limitations and implications regarding operational safety, fire safety, hygiene, health, environment, energy saving, thermal and sound insulation, etc.

Historical monuments. Cultural heritage

We intervene on monuments with possible scenarios such as "light restoration", "step-by-step restoration" or complete restoration, reactivating the socio-cultural component by putting them back into the economic circuit. We take care of the healing and rediscovery of forgotten values, positioning them on a trajectory of cultural development that will persist in the future.

Rehabilitation, conversion and expansion

Intelegem necesitatea de a readapta la scenariile actuale o casa sau o cladire. Suntem convinsi ca putem conlucra in acelasi gand pentru a avea un rezultat comun fara ca interventia asupra cladirii sa afecteze negativ identitatea tesutului in care se afla, aducand plus valoare ambelor parti. Urmarim sa crestem astfel calitatea locuirii fara sa neglijam impactul asupra spatiului public.

Aplicarea cunoștințelor, instrumentelor și tehnicilor specifice pentru activitățile unui proiect, au obiective și cerințe clar definite, referitoare la timp, costuri, calitate și parametri de performanță; activități indispensabile pentru realizarea investiției.
